  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Delivery Times

  • Special or customised items: 5–10 working days (if applicable)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to update shipping fees at any time.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues where reasonably possible.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
