1. Security Services

Due to the nature of professional security services, the following terms apply:

1.1 Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service start time.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of service commencement may be charged in full.

  • For long-term contracts, notice periods will be governed by the signed service agreement.

1.2 Refunds After Service Delivery

Once security services have been delivered, refunds will not be issued except in cases where:

  • We have failed to provide the agreed service; or

  • There is a clear breach of contract on our part.

Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.

2. Product Sales (If Applicable)

Where physical products are sold via our website, customers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2.1 Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

2.3 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence

Where goods are confirmed faulty, we will:

  • Offer a replacement; or

  • Provide a full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

2.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving returned goods; or

  • Agreeing that a refund is due.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

3. Non-Refundable Items (If Applicable)

We may refuse refunds for:

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Items returned in damaged or used condition

  • Services already fully delivered

This does not affect your statutory rights.
