1. Security Services

Due to the nature of professional security services, the following terms apply:

1.1 Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service start time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of service commencement may be charged in full.

For long-term contracts, notice periods will be governed by the signed service agreement.

1.2 Refunds After Service Delivery

Once security services have been delivered, refunds will not be issued except in cases where:

There is a clear breach of contract on our part.
Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.
