  • Key holding and lock/unlock services

  • Car park management and marshalling

  • Private escort services

All personnel supplied are appropriately licensed in accordance with SIA regulations where required.

All services are subject to availability and formal written agreement.

4. Quotations and Contracts

All quotations provided by the Company are:

  • Valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated

  • Subject to change until confirmed in writing

A binding agreement is formed only upon written confirmation or signed contract.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information relevant to the services

  • Ensure safe access to premises

  • Inform the Company of any known risks or hazards

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Failure to disclose relevant risks may limit our liability.

6. Fees and Payment

​

Payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to service commencement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are payable within 7 days

  • Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

For website purchases, payments are securely processed via Stripe.

7. Cancellations

Security services must be cancelled in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made after this period may be charged in full.

Long-term contracts are subject to agreed notice periods stated within the service agreement.
